- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery attempts.
