UiTM Shop Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of item delivery. During this period, you may request a return for your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at www.thebajushop.com /03-7650 4780]. We will review the issue and take the appropriate action to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale / clearance items
- Customised merchandise (e.g. name-embroidered or made-to-order items)
- Fragile or perishable goods (eg. mugs etc, where applicable)
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the original item by following the return procedure.
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and reflect it in your account.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
